Season-Opener nach Mass


1.Liga startet mit zwei Erfolgen in die Saison.

Im ersten Spiel der Saison gegen den Kantonsrivalen aus Bern, konnten das junge (Ältester Spieler in der Startformation 23 jährig) Thuner Team gleich von Beginn weg Runs erzielen. Durch die stetige Führung schlichen sich jedoch einige Nachlässigkeiten ein und so blieben die Cardinals lange auf Tuchfühlung mit den Hunters. Mit der Einwechslung der "Oldies" und deren Routine ging nichts mehr schief und man durfte den ersten Sieg der Saison feiern.

Im zweiten Spiel der Thuner wurde gleich von Beginn weg klar, dass die Hunters die Spielpause gut getan hat. Die Spieler waren sehr konzentriert und motiviert am Werk! Sowohl in der Defensive als auch in der Offensive konnte man sich gegenüber dem ersten Spiel steigern. Zu spüren bekamen dies die Zürcher vor allem in der Offensive. Die Heimmannschaft konnte in jedem Inning punkten. Die gute Teamleistung wurde mit einem deutlichen Sieg belohnt.
